I don’t know why…there were a lot of doubters heading into GotG. Well…here we go…one of the biggest movies of the year in week two…I mean c’mon! Talking Raccoon! What more do you want?

TMNT falls a little in the gap for me…I was a little too old when they first hit and already entrenched in my other interests…but, they are a classic toy line and I really do like the look and feel of the new movie designs.  The biggest question is…do they measure up and work in 1:18 scale?

Action Figure Review: 4″ Batman from The Dark Knight

Batman: The Dark Knight

I somehow missed this figure the first time around. I was deep into collecting all of the various aliens from Green Lantern when someone on one of the forums pointed out there was already a movie Batman in scale. I think it took a long three days for my first eBay order to come in.

Batman from The Dark Knight (2008) and The Dark Knight Rises (2012). What this figure lacks in articulation, it more than makes up for in it’s attention to detail, likeness to the source material, and impeccable scale. Continue reading
